Transportation Services for Every Need
Delight Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation and private-pay transportation throughout the Twin Cities.
Non-emergency medical transportation may be arranged through eligible medical assistance programs or health plans for qualifying medical trips, such as medical appointments, dialysis, recurring treatments, and hospital discharges.
Private-pay transportation is available for customers who pay directly for their transportation. Private-pay customers can request any of our transportation services, including wheelchair, stretcher, ambulatory, medical appointments, hospital discharges, recurring transportation, weddings, birthdays and celebrations, funerals, family gatherings, recreational trips, and other personal transportation needs.
Whether your transportation is covered through an eligible medical transportation benefit or you are paying privately, our team is here to provide the transportation service you need.
Stretcher Transportation
Non-emergency transportation for passengers who need stretcher accommodations, with arrangements confirmed by our office.

Can I request a ride for someone else?
Yes. Family members, caregivers, healthcare facilities, and other organizations can inquire on behalf of a passenger. Please share only the minimum details needed for an initial inquiry.
Can private-pay customers request mobility or medical transportation?
Yes. Every service we offer is available to private-pay customers, including wheelchair, stretcher, ambulatory, hospital discharge, medical appointment, and recurring transportation, as well as personal trips and special events. Our office will discuss arrangements and confirm availability with you.
